Where we are
Parklands is ten minutes from Westlands and about forty from the airport, traffic permitting. Come up to the sixth floor and ask for whoever you have been emailing — they will be there.
Before you write
If you are enquiring about a trip, the planning form is faster for both of us. It asks the seven things we would otherwise have to ask in a reply, which means the first thing you receive back is an actual itinerary rather than a list of questions.
How quickly will somebody reply?
Within a day, and usually within a few hours during Nairobi office hours. WhatsApp is faster than email if you are in a hurry.
Do I have to pay to get an itinerary?
No. Planning, quoting and rewriting a trip as many times as it takes is free. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you say so in writing.
Can you work to a budget?
Yes, and it helps to say what it is early. There is a version of almost every trip at three different price points, and knowing which one you are looking for saves both of us a round of guessing.
I am already in Kenya. Can you arrange something this week?
Often, yes. Call or WhatsApp rather than emailing — short-notice availability changes by the hour and a conversation settles it faster.
Do you arrange the flights?
Internal flights, transfers and park entry, yes — they are part of the itinerary. International flights we leave to you, because you will nearly always find a better fare from your own city than we can.
