Safaris for

Private groups

Six to sixteen people, one itinerary, no coach.

Whole-camp bookings often cost less per person than individual rooms, and they change the trip completely — the camp becomes yours for the week.

How we plan it

What makes or breaks this kind of trip.

  1. 01

    Take the whole camp

For six or more, exclusive use of a small camp often costs little more than separate rooms and changes the trip completely. Your own guides, your own vehicles, and mealtimes that belong to you.

  2. 02

Two vehicles, not one big one

Nine people in one vehicle is a compromise for everybody. Two cars means two paces, and the group can split and rejoin at lunch.

  3. 03

Agree the pace before you go

The most common problem with a group is not logistics, it is that half want a lie-in and half want to be out at dawn. Say so early and we will build for both.

  4. 04

One person to deal with us

Groups fall apart in the admin. Nominate somebody to make the calls, and we will keep everybody else out of the email chain.

Safaris we would suggest

Every safari is shaped around the people travelling. These are the ones we start from.
