  As international travellers we were initially quite sceptical about booking transfers, because we were concerned about scams and wanted to make sure everything was genuine. The team was extremely understanding, patiently addressed our concerns and allowed us to verify the details ourselves. What we appreciated most was their flexibility — they understood our requirements and customised the plan around them rather than forcing us into a fixed itinerary.

• The owner's personality is wonderful

  I visited the office after making a reservation from my country. It is a trustworthy company. The response is fast and reassuring, and it is also possible to arrange the travel parts instead of the package. I had them put together a trip that only includes the Maasai Mara safari part and the places I want to go in Nairobi.

• Family memories that last

  The children were excited from the very beginning. Every animal sighting brought new enthusiasm and endless questions. One memorable moment was watching a group of elephants moving together across the plains. Everyone fell silent as we admired the scene. • A magical Kenyan safari

  Every game drive brought incredible wildlife sightings, from giraffes and buffaloes to lions resting beneath trees. One emotional moment was watching the endless plains glow orange during sunset while animals moved quietly in the distance. • The safari of our dreams

  Our guide knew exactly where to find the animals, and thanks to him we managed to see lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes and even a leopard.
