What we hold

When you make an enquiry we store what you tell us: your name, contact details, travel dates, party size and preferences. We use it to plan and run your trip, and for nothing else.

Who sees it

Your details are shared with the camps, airlines and ground operators involved in your specific trip, because they cannot hold a booking without them. We do not sell data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long

Enquiries that do not become bookings are removed after two years. Booking records are kept for seven years, which our accountants require.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. This is a draft policy — have it reviewed before you go live.
