DAY 1: NAIROBI TO MAASAI MARA

Your Kenyan safari adventure begins with a morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel or the airport. Meet your professional driver-guide and depart Nairobi for the spectacular Maasai Mara.
The journey takes you through the scenic Great Rift Valley. Enjoy a stop at the famous Rift Valley viewpoint where you can admire the dramatic landscape and take photographs.
Continue towards Narok before proceeding to the Maasai Mara.
Arrive at the reserve in time for lunch followed by some time to relax and settle into your accommodation.
Later in the afternoon embark on your first private game drive across the Mara plains.
This is your first opportunity to search for the Big Five and other wildlife. Keep your camera ready for lions resting in the grasslands, elephants moving across the plains and large herds of zebra and wildebeest.
Return to your camp or lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: FULL DAY MAASAI MARA GAME DRIVE

Wake up to the sounds of the African wilderness and enjoy breakfast before heading out for a full day of wildlife exploration.
Today is dedicated entirely to the Maasai Mara.
Your private safari vehicle allows you to enjoy a flexible game-drive experience with your driver-guide. Explore different areas of the reserve in search of wildlife and spectacular photographic opportunities.
The Maasai Mara is famous for its high concentration of wildlife. During your game drives you may encounter:
Lions Leopards Cheetahs Elephants Buffalo Giraffes Hippos Crocodiles Zebras Wildebeest Gazelles Hyenas Numerous bird species
Enjoy a bush picnic lunch surrounded by the spectacular Mara landscape before continuing your game drive.
During the Great Migration season from around July to October you may also witness huge herds of wildebeest and zebra moving through the ecosystem. River crossings are seasonal and cannot be guaranteed.
For travellers visiting outside migration season the Mara remains an excellent year-round wildlife destination with resident wildlife and excellent predator sightings.
Return to your accommodation in the evening.
Enjoy dinner and relax around the camp or lodge as the sounds of the African wilderness surround you.

DAY 3: MAASAI MARA TO NAIROBI
Maasai Culture · Nairobi
Wake up and enjoy your morning breakfast then visit a traditional Maasai village and learn about Maasai culture, traditions and way of life. This cultural experience can be arranged at an additional cost.
Depart Maasai Mara and travel back towards Nairobi with lunch along the way.
Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon or early evening where your private safari comes to an end.
You can be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey.
